All products sold on ForexBotWorks are digital software products delivered electronically.
Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been delivered or activated.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of trading knowledge
- User configuration mistakes
- Incorrect MetaTrader 5 setup
- Telegram API setup issues caused by the user
- Broker-related execution issues
- Internet connection problems
- VPS/server issues
- Trading losses
- Incompatible signal formats
- Violation of license terms
- Shared or abused licenses
Supported Product Scope
The ForexBotWorks XAUUSD Copier Bot supports ONLY:
- 1 Broker
- 1 MT5 Account
- 1 Trading Pair (XAUUSD / GOLD)
- 1 Telegram Group
- MetaTrader 5 platform only
Purchasing the software confirms that the customer understands these limitations before purchase.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may only be considered if:
- The product cannot be activated due to a server-side licensing issue
- The delivered file is corrupted and cannot be replaced
- The software is completely non-functional on a supported environment
- The issue is verified directly by ForexBotWorks support
ForexBotWorks reserves the right to investigate all refund requests before approval.
Technical Support
Customers experiencing setup or activation issues should contact support before requesting a refund.
Most installation issues can be resolved quickly through proper setup assistance.
License Abuse
Each license is protected by:
- Online activation
- HWID locking
- One-PC activation system
Attempting to:
- share licenses
- reverse engineer software
- bypass activation systems
- redistribute files
may result in permanent license suspension without refund.
