1What is covered

This policy applies to purchases made on forexbotworks.com. The ForexBotWorks Engine is free, so there is nothing to refund for it. Refunds apply to:

• Component licenses (for example the XAUUSD, XAGUSD or BTCUSD Component), all editions and bundles;
• edition upgrades (for example Standard to Professional);
• services: remote installation, additional live account changes and custom builds, under the rules in section 3.

2Component licenses – 30-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund of a Component license within 30 days of the purchase date. You do not need to give a reason. We recommend using the 30 days to test the Component on a demo account with your own Telegram signal groups and your own broker.

The guarantee covers one refund per Component per customer. If the same Component is bought and refunded repeatedly, we may decline further refunds for it.

3Services

Demo account changes, the first two live account changes in a license year and device changes through Support are free, so there is nothing to refund for them.

4How to request a refund

1. Write to support@forexbotworks.com or use the contact form within 30 days of the purchase.
2. Include your order number and the e-mail address used for the purchase.
3. We confirm the request, usually within 2 working days.
4. The refund is sent to the original payment method within 14 days of our confirmation. How fast it appears on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.

Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank – a direct request is faster for you.

5What happens after a refund

• The license is deactivated. The Engine checks licenses regularly, so the Component stops accepting new signals within a few hours.
• Positions that are already open stay in your MetaTrader 5 account with their Stop Loss and Take Profit. From then on you manage them yourself.
• Downloads of the refunded Component are removed from My Account. Please delete the Component folder from engine\components.
• The free Engine keeps working, and you can buy the Component again later.

6What a refund does not cover

• Trading results. A refund returns the price you paid for the software. It does not cover trading losses, spreads, commissions or swaps.
• Signals and providers. ForexBotWorks does not provide signals. Fees paid to signal providers, brokers or VPS hosts are not ours to refund.
• Requests after 30 days. After the guarantee period, Component licenses are not refundable. Fixes and updates for all V1.x releases remain included in your lifetime license.

7Your legal rights

This guarantee is given in addition to your statutory consumer rights. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law of your country, including the rules for digital content in the European Union.
